Dear Readers, Fellow Painters, Students and Netizens,
Hi Everyone, just call me Chelony , Im not good in writer and Im not an expert in English language , I've made this Blog like an open diary about my art , travel and personal life , so please excuse me if you may find some mistakes , wrong grammar or wrong spelling.
And here's a brief info about me . .... I was born in Lipa City Philippines , I am the eldest of 10 , I grew up in a simple way and I also stand as a parent for my young brothers and sisters. I worked at my early age to help and support my family . Im a very adventurous person thats why I went to so many places and a lot exciting events of my life and a lot of fun , ofcourse you are not a human being if you have no mistakes , failures and pain. From my childhood to adulthood , I had a lot of jobs....sidewalk vendor,factory worker , early business woman in my elementary days, I joined Avon , Forever Living , I was a stow away in the same place of my parents , I've veen a promodizer , I worked for Unilab, Maxipeel and even Lysol product hahahah oh my goodness , when I remember those years of my life ...in Unilab I even carrying heavy boxes of canned milk in the warehouse to selling area , well thats the life. When I was working in that company , my sister Flor accidentally applied me in the Radio station as a DJ , it was a long story but my sister came to me and asked me to go there and present myself , it was really funny I dont like it but for the sake of my sister I went there and even I dont like , the Station Manager hired me as a partime DJ...thats the start, let recap , im working for a company then a DJ . Well , I was the pioneer lady DJ in a very small container like radio station where the music airing from Manila, my best experience ever because that time I only have to do segway from Manila's music , from another DJ and I only need to do the time check , how was that ? and what about using a pencil or ballpen to the radio tape just to get the exact timing . Then we had CD ...pirated Cd's were me and my co- DJ's are laughing when the music will stop and give a strange sound, My friend Dj Rovic calls that ... the jumping version lol... then later on we had a computer and consul , it was so complex for me I learned that , a lot of DJs worked there , I can still remember some , like dj Rovic who became my bestfriend, Kris DJ sometime he has a gay role in the radio but he is a soldier if im not mistaken , Joel H , there are my my very first co DJs. Kuya Alex , the not so nice chickboy ba lol , our station manager DSJ , Sandy and RaCoolas, then later on , Noel Buenavidez, Charm, Monzois , Ryla (inaanak ko na ngayon sa kasal), Huge the Labrador Dog ofcourse , hes favorite was century tuna kasabay naming kumain , then I had 2 callers who became djs also Dj Stanley and and the son of mommy Elvie, still have more Tanya and Tricia , Jeremy also become a collegue in Photography and the rest I cannot remember. Too many good and bad memories of my radio life but I have 4 radio stations and all my programs were about giving advice and I ve been tested also many times . And during that time , I also attended a painting workshop where the teacher was not a real teacher but a scammer and fake , she used me to cover up for her students and parents because she cannot give art materials , she said to me that im a very good student and im better than her and i became an art teacher instantly , just an innocent Chelony later on I stopped working with her after 6 months without salary , she was so mad to me and the rest of the students she fooled but that experience brought me to the gate of art world , so that was the start , it was not so good experience for me but I was still thankful because being an art teacher and artists brought my feet into more exciting moment of my life when i entered TV, MOVIE, COMMERCIAL and |EVENTS Production. Those good and bad experiences mold me into someone unique and strong person. I hope that you will learn also to my experiences in my next blogs .
